Climate Innovation through Circling Cities
Climate-KIC is the global leader of climate initiative organized by the EU with a budget of hundreds of millions. Ahmed was exclusively selected as one of 40 participants worldwide in the project for a 5-weeks funded project that took place in three European cities – Copenhagen, Riga, and Wroclaw.
Participants were assigned the task to build a network and Ahmed was able to connect with seven organizations and institutions within the three cities. Ahmed was working closely with the Climate-KIC Nordic management team and took over the marketing campaign during his journey.
Ahmed initiated his idea with the Copenhagen-based Solar startup, Heliac, to expand their innovation into the sunny Arabian gulf. This effort resulted in a funded Masters Thesis.
